Job Description

• Responsible for the administration of the Special Risk book of business which includes processing quotes, new business and renewals.  
• Negotiates pricing and coverage terms with the carrier when submitting quotation and endorsement requests. 
• Identifies and promotes opportunities within certain market segments.  
• Provides technical support and education to various marketing personnel to enhance product and program awareness.  
• Develops strong relationships with key brokers to support their sales and marketing efforts and assists in the development and distribution of promotional material.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the insurance field.  
• Should possess valid PA Life, Accident & Health License. 
• Strong analytical ability is required in order to identify the needs of clients and the requirements of the carriers, to analyze policy language and to develop wording to define exposure and coverage details.
