Web Developer Intern

Glatfelter Insurance is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working intern to work up to 38.75 hours per week with a desire to gain working experience and skills in website design and development. This opportunity provides college students with hands-on learning directly related to their current academic studies. The web developer intern will engage in web development tasks under the guidance of our Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Web Developer.

Job Description:

The intern will have hands-on experience in web development. Tasks may include, but may not be limited to the following:

• Website updates and maintenance

• Development of mini-sites and landing pages

• Supporting web and marketing team digital efforts

• SEO keyword research

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM system data entry and data clean-up

• Analytics reporting support

Qualifications

• Undergrad majoring in related field and desiring a paid internship experience

• Must be able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week

• Knowledge and experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Some proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite of graphic/web design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent organizational skill and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Eagerness and ability to learn quickly
