Job Description

The Actuarial Services Intern will provide general support to the Actuarial team in its commercial lines actuarial activities.  This Intern will assist in completing rate reviews, rate filing preparation, rate/rule manuals updates, and portfolio performance monitoring.  They will also perform reserve reviews, exposure studies, and other ad hoc actuarial work as needed.  



Qualifications

Completion of sophomore year in an actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, finance, risk management, business, or related technical curriculum at an accredited college or university.  Achievement of a 3.0 or higher grade point average.  Will be working 30 hours per week from mid May through August.
