Job Description

Seeking an experienced SQL Server DBA to join our team at one of the Best Places to Work in PA.  The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be customer focused and work well in a team, and have a desire for constant improvement of systems and processes. Candidate must be proficient at managing and monitoring a multiple SQL Server environment, including but not limited to backups/recovery, performance tuning, patching and upgrades, planning/install/configuring new SQL Servers, system documentation, security, server auditing, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Must be proficient with SQL Server Management Studio and other SQL Server products, including TSQL (including DDL) and Powershell.  Proficiency with Solarwinds DPA and/or Redgate Toolbelt a plus. Curiosity and a desire to learn is also a must!  Project management experience a plus.  Knowledge of P&C Insurance a plus.  Successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or similar work experience.
