Job Description

At least 2-4 years of work experience designing and building high volume, real time transactional applications and services.  A proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and a desire to develop expertise with the MuleSoft ESB platform.  Great engineering skills, strong client/server fundamentals, and expertise in at least one OO language.  Solid understanding of SOA design principles, integration patterns, and best practices including messaging systems like ActiveMQ.  Follow approved life-cycle methodologies and collaborate with cross functional teams to design, code, test, debug, implement, document, support and maintain applications within the timelines provided.  Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. 

Qualifications

Experience must include:

• 2-4 years of experience designing and building high volume, real time transactional applications and services

• Expertise in at least one OO language like Java or C#

• XML, JSON, and SOAP and REST based web service development

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of information systems, computer science, or another related field required.   

 Ideal candidate experience may include:

• Experience working with ESB technologies like Mule, WSO2, Tibco, or Fuse (Mule 3.9 and 4+ preferred).

• Experience implementing SOA principles and patterns

• Experience with Agile methodology and supporting tools such as TFS/JIRA

• Knowledge of RAML, Swagger (Open API/OAS)

• Proficiency with SQL Development
