About the Position

You could be our subject matter expert for SharePoint 2013/2019 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM v9!  You must have a solid background in SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics Platform to enable you to provide technical strategy, direction, design and support of our SharePoint and CRM environments. You must have the ability to work with internal corporate users.

  • Lead client projects around training, requirements gathering, configuration, integration, custom application development, process design, and software implementations.
  • Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support client work.
  • Gather system functional requirements, analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy mission critical business solutions.
  • Develop administrative, professional and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze and communicate with both fellow staff and client personnel in a productive and efficient manner.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of information systems, computer science, or another related field required.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics  (CRM) implementation experience
  • 3+  years of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2013 / 2019 experience
  • Experience implementing end-to-end Microsoft CRM projects
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player and effectively meet project deliverables on time.
  • Demonstrate and enhance complex CRM concepts and research techniques to exercise discretion and make judgments on how to configure the system
  • Provide daily operations support for SharePoint users and all existing SharePoint sites.
  • Plan, design, and review implementation of system modifications and/or enhancements and make recommendations to management and/or clients.
  • Work with team to establish strategic direction for SharePoint architecture and configuration in collaboration with the Technology Management team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and direct user testing to ensure systems meet documented user requirements.
  • Provide end user support to diagnose SharePoint related issues and perform root cause analysis.
