Job Description

Seeking a new team member for our Claims unit that handles injury and illness claims for emergency responders. 



Qualifications

Candidates should have a secondary school education with at least two years of experience handling workers compensation claims, accident and health claims, or appropriate transferrable experience in a related field. Must possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge of insurance coverage, and an understanding of fair claims handling practices. This position requires effective communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and complete required daily tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service. Multiple state adjusting licenses are required. Licenses not held at the time of hire must be obtained within an aggressive period of time upon hire.
