Job Description

Provides risk control services to ESO clients, performing on-site surveys in assigned state(s), servicing large accounts, and, completing specialty surveys. In addition to completion of onsite surveys the position requires completion of special projects and associated research to assist the department in meeting goals and staying abreast of changes in the industry. Candidate must have the interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with insurance company personnel, and upper level management of clients, agents and Regional Directors, and the ability to plan, organize, develop and implement continuing risk control service programs with limited supervision. A working knowledge of relevant NFPA, OSHA, and DOT standards is required.

Qualifications

Emergency Service Organization leadership experience or a bachelor’s degree in safety sciences, engineering, physical sciences or equivalent certification/work experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with risk control experience. Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office products. This position entails a significant amount of travel (up to 60%). Level of position will be commensurate with experience.  This position will be located in our York, PA office.
