About the Position
Glatfelter Insurance Group is seeking a seasoned Senior System Administrator for our IT Technical Services Department with a strong focus on networking, and phone systems. This individual will be responsible for configuring, securing, and managing our corporate network, phone system and telecom communications.  Experience with Juniper networks, Cisco and Teams voice is preferred. 
This position is required to be onsite at our Leader Heights, York, PA office.  
Key Responsibilities
 - Configure, maintain, and monitor the corporate network (wired and wireless), and phone systems (Cisco and Teams) to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Manage security controls for the wired and wireless network with the corporate NAC solution.
- Optimize telecom infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Monitor systems for security vulnerabilities, troubleshoot issues, and implement patches and updates.
- Maintain a backup and recovery solutions for on premise and cloud solutions for cooperate network and phone system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud-based projects and integrate cloud services with on-premises infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation for all systems under the purview of this position.
- Participate in the strategic planning of the IT systems.
- Stay current with the latest technologies, best practices, and security protocols.  
What We’re Looking For
 - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments in network design, implementation, project management, administration and support.
- In-depth experience of wired, wireless, and routing protocols.
- Strong understanding of business phone systems and integrations with third party systems.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices, encryption techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Microsoft Teams voice preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, AWS, Azure CLI).
